Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. The majority of people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: the highs, the lows and all in between. My parents brought my family to America in the year 1990 when I was just a year old. I would not be able to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Given the chance to live a better life I wanted to try my best to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. My plan of life was as follows: I'd go to university, get an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. I believed that this was the definition of success. However, however, life has other plans to teach me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling that I was throwing my time and energy for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to find my new calling as a personal trainer. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in the year 2021. In this field, there are not many Asian females. My goal is to become a catalyst in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. There is a lot we can learn from life, even though we may not be able to recognize it right now. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. I truly believe that her death gave me the chance to start the next chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to move on to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel that I'm alive. I share my life to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to know that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your most valuable asset. There is only one chance to live. I want you to live it to the fullest.
